Core Works is a 45-minute core work out that focuses on building strength, stability, and endurance in the core muscles.
This class is fantastic for improving functional strength and preventing injury.
60 minutes | All levels
Active adults is a low impact, high intensity 60-minute class that is designed to improve strength, flexibility, technique, and aerobic fitness
The classes can vary between strength training, circuit style aerobic fitness, yoga, cycling, stretching and core work, boxing and HIIT.

Water-based exercise assists in the management of injuries and rehabilitation, allowing you to exercise the body without putting stress on your joints.
Evidence supports the effectiveness of Warm Water Exercise for managing pain and stiffness, particularly back, hip, knee, and shoulder pain including arthritis and other chronic and complex conditions.

Physical postures are performed in a flowing and mindful manner, synchronising movement with breath. The practice emphasises balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. A range of styles of yoga exist, ranging from gentle and restorative to more dynamic and vigorous practices.

Classes specifically designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, and tone. These classes typically focus on resistance training exercises that target different muscle groups using various equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises.
